Frequently Asked Questions:
Why do I need to sign-up and let you know I’m doing the challenge?
Part of making a commitment to your heart involves claiming it. It’s easy to just say to yourself “Oh, I’ll do the challenge” and not tell anyone. By telling me what you are doing and when you are starting, you are publicly committing to your heart and that can be a challenge in itself. Also, when I know that you’re taking the Challenge, you will be added to our supportive Facebook group, as well as receiving emails to support you along the way.
There have been a few people who have begun the Challenge without signing-up, thinking that they’d just keep it to themselves and see if they could do it. They all quit before day15. Signing up gives you access to support, encouragement and a place to share your journey. It’s worth it I promise and on top of all of that it’s FREE!!!!!
Can I do more than one thing for the Challenge?
At the beginning of the Challenge, it doesn’t seem like much to expect to practice several activities that you love. However, this is a challenge and for maximum rewards it is advisable to choose one thing that you love and stick to it. You will understand why once you get about two weeks into the Challenge. Also, if the activity you have chosen is a skill (such as drawing, writing, doing yoga, etc), you will experience great improvements, which won’t happen if you have chosen several activities.
Why do I have to choose what I LOVE, why can’t it be something I need to do?
There have been a few participants who have chosen activities that they believe they ‘should’ be doing or need to do – like exercising. These people don’t make it far into the Challenge. Doing what you love is inherently rewarding and that keeps you engaged with the Challenge. Doing something you believe you ‘should’ be doing is coming at the Challenge from a deficient place in you – you are not focussed on what you would love to create.
What if I don’t know what I would love to do for the Challenge?
If you are having trouble coming up with an activity or aren’t sure if you LOVE it, just step back into your childhood. What did you love as a child? What activities did you really enjoy? What made your heart sing? Start with something from childhood. The process of doing the Challenge will bring more of what you love to your attention and what you would love to create in your life will become clearer and clearer.
Discover what you would love to create in the Challenge, what might limit you and how to get the most out of your journey with a one hour intuitive session (via phone/Skype) with me for the special Challenge rate of just AUD$95 (usually $140). Nothing gets to the truth more effectively and magically than intuition. Supercharge your challenge experience with a session. Email me today to organise your session.
